Service reports can be submitted by fax, by e-mail or by phone. When you have a service/complaint we kindly request you to fax this to +31 344-676700 or to send it by mail to: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Service reports have to be accompanied by a Zijlstra order number and a Zijlstra packing slip and/or invoice number. Naturally you have to state the article number that the service is referring to. Without these details we cannot handle your service/ complaint. After processing your request we will contact you to inform how we can resolve the complaint. If you are a member of the public and you have a complaint or a question about our products you can contact your retailer. Service complaints from members of the public will not be handled by Zijlstra.
