Bended Safety Glass

The manufacture of furniture from curved Safety Glass is craftmanship. Heating the glass in such a way that it bends without melting is an art. Thanks to special templates and the right know-how, Zijlstra is able to bend Safety Glass and process it exactly according to the specifications under guaranteed standards. By a low-lying sun, a prism stain (or oil stain) may become visible in curved Safety Glass. This is not visible to the naked eye in flat glass, however, in curved glass it is. This is inherent to the toughening process and is, therefore, unavoidable.
